2. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information provided is valid and correct.
3. Refund Policy
Digital products and virtual gifts are generally non-refundable once delivered. For physical merchandise:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped or before digital delivery. Once an order has been processed and shipped, our standard refund policy applies. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately through our contact page.
5. Service-Specific Policies
Exclusive Services
Custom and personalized services (dance performances, outfit customizations, private photos/videos) are created specifically for you. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once the service has been performed or created, no refunds will be issued.
Live Stream Gifts
Virtual gifts used during live streams are consumed immediately and cannot be refunded once activated in a live stream.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of chance king and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
chance king shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site. This limitation applies even if chance king has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
